Returns

Customers may request a return within 15 days of the purchase date. After 15 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer

  • Items returned after the 15-day return period

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
